What
Soma for Grief is a facilitated experience that supports the processing of grief through intuitive expression.
The session will provide participants with space and pathways to express feelings of grief through intuitive movement, art, breath work and other modes of sensory embodiment . This offering is accessible to all abilities and bodies. All types of grief are welcome in the space.
Alexandrea (Alex) Wilson (she/her) is the facilitator for Soma for Grief. She is a mental health therapist and death doula. Alex created Healing the Land out of a desire to help others heal and build community through nature. Alex grounds her practice in her Black American heritage, spirituality, the environment and somatics.
What to expect:
