What
This virtual support group provides a compassionate and inclusive space for individuals with disabilities to process both traditional and nontraditional forms of grief. Participants may explore losses related to death, changes in identity, independence, relationships, or health.
The group fosters healing through shared experiences, emotional support, and adaptive coping strategies that honor the unique ways grief shows up in the lives of people with disabilities.
This offering is a collaboration between The Atlanta Grief House & Trellis Horticulture Therapy Alliance.
It is being offered at no cost and virtually to decrease accessibility barriers. Folks beyond the Atlanta area are welcome to join us as well.
