Women's Grief Circle

When women’s embodied experiences are culturally taboo – the menstrual cycle, the challenges of motherhood or of choosing a child-free life, and the impacts of gender-based violence both interpersonal and systemic – so too is the grief woven through them. In this circle, we engage in collective healing by giving voice to the grief we carry as women so that we can reclaim the wisdom of our bodies, insight, and organic emotional processes. All grief is welcome. Open to all who identify as women, trans, non-binary, or gender expansive.

Come be witnessed in and transformed by your grief. Or come be a sister to those tending newfound grief and share the wisdom that grief has brought you.

The circle will open with a topic offering and continue with open shares on the topic or any other grief experience. It will close with a somatic integration experience.
