Showing up somewhere new can be really hard when you’re grieving. Sometimes even sending an email or making a phone call feels like too much.
If you’re curious about The Grief House but you’re not sure what to attend, or the idea of choosing an event or group feels like one more thing to figure out, this is a smaller first step.
This isn’t a group, and it isn’t therapy. It’s just a short conversation where you can ask questions, hear what’s available, and get a better sense of what might actually be helpful for you.
You don’t need to know what you need before you reach out. You can come with a list of questions, or you can come with no idea what to ask. Both are completely okay. Most people who contact The Grief House start somewhere in that uncertain space.
