Who
What
Each season provides a unique opportunity to deepen our understanding of ourselves and the natural world. In Chinese Medicine, the seasons correspond to different phases of life and emotions:
* Spring, associated with hope, represents beginnings, growth, and new possibilities.
* Summer, linked to joy, is when growth matures and reaches its full potential.
* Late Summer, connected to sympathy, is a time of harvest and community.
* Autumn, associated with grief, is a time of reflection on life's waning energies and losses.
* Winter, associated with fear, is a time of rest and restoration.
