In this 8 week series we will learn and experiment with self-compassion techniques, mindfulness practice, journaling, artistic expression, visualization, group and individual sharing to gain a deeper understanding and connection to individual and universal life transitions.
During our time together, we hope to begin seeing our experience as part of a greater community of change and have more of the tools we need to thrive through transition.
