This workshop series will explore our grief(s) via creative and personal writing, as well as mindfulness and movement activities grounded in The Grief House’s five philosophies.

No matter how you WORD the feeling, grief comes to visit us all. Over five weeks (10/27 - 11/24), this workshop series we will explore our grief(s) via creative and personal writing, as well as mindfulness and movement activities. The Grief House’s five philosophies, as well as Francis Weller’s The Five Gates of Grief will hold open the doors for us to (metaphorically) walk into the field of acknowledgement, sharing, and ennobling our stories of sorrow and remembering.
Each session will follow the same agenda, each with a unique topic and set of activities. Here’s a preview of what’s planned:
October 27:
Topic: Sorrow + Breath; Everything we love, we will lose
