IADC therapy is a modality that helps individuals connect with their dead loved ones. This event is an informational one, where we will talk about IADC, share our experiences of, and our beliefs about, connecting with our dead loved ones.

What
IADC is useful to anyone who is experiencing grief, and is especially helpful to those whose grief feels stuck or complicated.
IADC therapy uses bilateral stimulation (BLS) to decrease emotional charge or distress in order to reach a state of receptivity where connection to or communication from a dead loved one is more possible. (Bilateral stimulation is used in EMDR, an evidence based technique for decreasing the physiological and emotional distress related to trauma.) Most clients experience communication or feel more connected with their dead loved ones during or after IADC.
This gathering will be an informal opportunity to ask questions about this modality and share our experiences of and our beliefs about connecting with our dead loved ones.
