What
This restorative yoga class focuses on deep relaxation and grounding through the use of props to fully support the body. Blankets, blocks, and bolsters are used to allow the body to relax and be at ease. Restorative yoga can help with stress reduction, improved sleep, increased flexibility, and deeper connection to oneself. It's a gentle and supportive practice that can be beneficial for people of all levels and backgrounds. No yoga experience needed.

As an NCAA-accredited NASM certified personal trainer, she works with tired moms looking for moderate movement.
