Release and Renewal: A Ritual Honoring the Tides of Grief

This community ritual will allow us to honor, release, and renew all that we carry. Through collective altar building for loved ones, guided trance meditation, and a fire ceremony facilitated by Medicine Woman Jocelynn Suarez, space will be made in the physical and spiritual realms to heal heavy wounds in need of medicine.  

Please bring items to contribute toward a group altar that remind you of your loved one(s) (photos, keepsakes, cards, poems, flowers, etc.), a journal for post-meditation reflection, and a yoga mat/small blanket for lying on the floor. All items will be returned at the end of the ritual.   

About the facilitator: Jocelynn is a traveling, somatic, intuitive facilitator dedicated to creating opportunities to heal and connect through community.
