When relationships end we need to grieve; to grieve the loss of the relationship, what we expected but did not receive, what we thought we had but do not, among so many other layers of loss that can come with a relationship's end.
This invitation is for individuals wanting to share and witness experience loss grief journeys in community. To both hold and be held in compassionate community as you sit with your loss can be such useful medicine.
