What
This monthly gathering is centered on relationship loss through death, separation, divorce, estrangement, or other forms of disconnection. Whether you are newly grieving or carrying the weight of long-term loss, this gathering will offer a gentle, inclusive space to reflect, create, and be witnessed.
Together we will draw on ritual practices informed by the medicine wheel, using its framework of balance, direction, and cyclical renewal to guide conversation. We will explore grief in its emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions, honoring the natural cycles of life. We will also use embodiment practices, dialogue, and creative play, including art, and writing, to open space for acknowledging loss while building resilience.
By coming together in community, we will create a space where our grief is honored and no one has to face loss alone.
