No art training necessary! You will be invited to paint a portrait of your dead loved one. We will also hold space for grief spilling and talking about your passed on person.

What
This four week workshop series is a container for folks to share about and paint a portrait of a loved one. A loved one is up to you, it can be a dead family member, friend, pet, end of a relationship, etc. On our 1st meeting, please bring a photo to work from. We will go around and share about our subject, what we love, what was hard about the relationship, what comes up when meditating in this way about them. We will make time for this sharing every session.
You will pick your canvas, get your paints, pallet and brushes set up, and start painting. I will be happy to help you with composition, elements you may want to include (colors, symbols, style, etc.), and any challenges that come up.
You do not need to have experience with painting to make a meaningful portrait. We will work through any…
