In this four week series held at the Atlanta Grief House and led by Shonali & Sascha, we will work with spring energy for movement and growth while honoring our grief journeys. With movement, song, writing, sharing and witnessing, we will co-create a resource rich circle for our grief and ourselves.

What
Offered four Tuesdays from 5:00 - 6:30pm at the Atlanta Grief House, beginning April 15 and concluding on May 6, this series invites you to work with the growth and movement energies present in spring. New growth and change can be challenging energy when holding and working with grief. In this series we will work to build a bridge so that both can coexist and perhaps support one another.
What to expect in this series:
Throughout this 4 week series, you do not have to grieve alone. In this small group setting, Shonali Banerjee, a yoga therapist, and Sascha Demerjian, co-founder of The Grief House provide you with a safe space to acknowledge the many layers of grief you may be experiencing. Shonali will guide settling practices, nurturing breathing and body movement for nervous system regulation, grounding and safety. Tickets are for the 4 week series. Standard Ticket is the base price for this gathering to compensate facilitators and overhead costs. Pay it Forward Ticket covers the base price and supports those in our community who wish to join but may not be able to meet the standard ticket price. Community Ticket is a more accessible option and allows for folks to be supported by our community.
