Who
What
Monthly craft night is a relaxing hangout for people experiencing grief who are looking for a cozy space to work on creative projects alongside others. Participants are welcome to bring portable projects they are already working on — knitting, writing, drawing, etc. — or are welcome to use the craft materials that will be available at the house.
The evening will begin with brief introductions, and then you are welcome to talk about the craft you will be working on (but this is totally optional!). After crafting, we’ll finish the night by checking back in, and if you’d like, you may share anything you made or noticed.
Two spaces will be offered for crafting— the main Grief House space, which we’ll try to keep quiet for those who are neurodivergent, overstimulated, or just need some quiet, and the dining area, which will be open for those who are feeling more…
