In this event we will create a space for men to express their vulnerability around naming and dealing with grief from the male identity perspective. Many men still struggle in silence when it comes to grief. This space is also for those seeking to understand the different nuances that arise from from this perspective and the support from and for our male friends, brothers, and the men in our lives.
Meditation tools and practices for energy and grief management will by shared. The event will include introduction to the evening's theme, meditations, as well as opportunities to both share stories and listen.
