Menopause Circle

This is a space to share grief, glimmers, struggles, hilarity, or anything else that emerges in perimenopause and menopause. In a culture that degrades the well-being of cycling bodies, and shames the natural processes of those bodies, in this circle we celebrate and commiserate. Wisdom and horror stories are equally welcome.

In the last 15 minutes, Skye will lead a simple ritual, with gentle breathwork and meditation, to close our space together.

All gender identities are welcome, at any point of the perimenopause and menopause journey, including post-menopause.
