What
A lustrum is a five-year period, and this lustrum has been filled with so many griefs, it's been difficult to process or even acknowledge them all. This offering will provide a space and led practices to do just that— including but absolutely not limited to pandemic-related grief. You can expect somatic practices, therapist-led time for sharing, restorative practices, breathwork, and mantra.
Laura Joplin, LMSW is a therapist at Align Wellness and yoga instructor at Conjure Yoga in Candler Park and and Lunar Yoga in Cumming.
