In the Chinese medicine cosmology, autumn is associated with grief. Autumn is a time of harvest - a time where we are finally able to see the fruits of our labor while accepting our losses. In this moment of harvest, we work to be present with what we find and hold it along side of our hopes and expectations. There can be great joy and great sorrow as we do this work.
Judith and Sascha invite you to an afternoon of letting go and sharing. We will gather at 4pm at The Energetic Heart. We will spend some time grounding before Judith begins a brief fall acupuncture offering. We will be present with what is and hold a Grief Spill. In this spill we will share what needs witnessed expression as we work to let go. We will then ground and center before closing.
