In the Chinese medicine cosmology, autumn is associated with grief. Autumn is a time of harvest - a time where we are finally able to see the fruits of our labor while accepting our losses. In this moment of harvest, we work to be present with what we find and hold it along side of our hopes and expectations. There can be great joy and great sorrow as we do this work.
We invite you to an evening of letting go. Judith will share insights from Chinese medicine cosmology about Autumn and offer community acupuncture in the group offering.
Letting go of a beloved, a dream, or an idea of how things were supposed to be can be consuming and difficult to release. We hope you can join us as we embrace this time of harvest and all that it brings to set the stage for a restorative winter.
