In this six week series, you will be invited to lay your grief down in community with other healthcare workers. Sascha & Laura will facilitate and provide prompts for reflection and sharing based on the five gates of grief in Francis Weller's The Wild Edge of Sorrow.

What
This grief circle will hold space for sharing and witnessing the particular grief associated within the healthcare worker's experience. Â Sascha & Laura will offer breathwork and grounding as well as prompts.Â
Sessions will be loosely structured around the 5 Gates of Grief in Francis Weller's the Wild Edge of Sorrow. You would be welcome to read along through our time together or just follow the prompts throughout.
June 3: Intros, intention setting and general overview of the series, general grief spill
June 10: Gate 1 prompt – Everything we love, we will lose
June 17: Gate 2 prompt – The Places that have no known love
June 24: Gate 3 prompt – The Sorrows of the world
July 1: Gate 4 prompt – What we expected and did not receive
July 8: Gate 5 prompt – Ancestral grief – and series wrap up
This circle will be offered for six weeks with the invitation for the group to add new members and continue without facilitation.
