Grieving Together: Song, Spill, & Movement with Shonali Banerjee

Calling folks living with loss & having difficulty with change. Over the course of 7 sessions, you'll uncover & dislodge layers of grief & personal challenge as new pathways and perspectives emerge. Open to the connection, relief, nourishment and restoration made possible through thoughtful body awareness, song, poetry and conscious collective sharing. Sessions are permissive, gentle & without expectation. You go at your own pace. Each session invites you to come as you are. 

Sessions will be held on the following seven Tuesday evenings:

Sept 8 & 22 | Oct 13 & 27 I Nov 10 & 24 | Dec 8  

Expect grounding breath guidance & movement practices, the powerful unique presence of mantra & song healing, and ultimately deep conscious space for group sharing.
