What
The landscape of grief is varied and can be hard to traverse. Shame and unmet expectations can fruther make our forays with our grief feel even heavier. This can lead to feelings of overwhelm, numbness and isolation. Our monthly in person Grief Spill gatherings at the Atlanta Grief House provide opportunities for us to practice being present with our grief and witnessing others' grief together in compassionate community.
