Grief & Gratitude InterPlay is a welcoming, creative experience that helps you explore the fullness of being human—through movement, storytelling, and simple song-making.
InterPlay is an easy-to-learn, body-centered practice that helps you reconnect with joy, release stress, and express what words alone can’t. You don’t need any experience—just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.
In this special session, we’ll honor both grief and gratitude—giving space to what’s heavy, while also celebrating what’s good. Together, we’ll create a playful, caring community where all feelings are welcome and deeply heard.
