Grief Circle

Grief circle is a space to share any grief that your heart is carrying, whether you've lost someone to death, anticipating loss, or feeling the heaviness of life, this group is for you.

Together we will ground into the nourishing and supportive energies of The Grief House, then spend time witnessing one another's grief in circle. You're welcome to bring stories of your loved one, an item that represents your loss, or anything that may help you access your grief.

During this group we will practice listening and witnessing each others grief, without the need to solve or provide suggestions, offering each griever kindness, gentleness, and community.
