Grief, and the journey through loss. Loss comes in many forms. The obvious from losing people, jobs, homes-to the subtle loss of realizing you’ve had an absent mother, or coming to terms with a loss of self/identity. Loss and grieving can go covert in the body, appearing as depression, confusion, lack of direction, inability to dream….

These losses need to be attended to with great care when we discover them. They need support to breathe, to be, to grieve. 

So much about grief work is a mystery. We surrender to a bigger force, a force that needs to sit in the hollow- a force that needs to be, needs to have its space, needs to release.
