Who

What

We've made it through the darkest part of the year. Spring is ahead. Let's gather together, take stock of our gains and our losses, breathe deep and let it all out.

We'll start off with three, 15 minute guided mindfulness activities: one movement centered, one sound centered, one quiet meditation. Then we'll open the room up for talking. Everyone is welcome to share, and no one is required to. We'll keep the room open for gathering and talking for an hour or until we all feel satisfied.

Our guides for this event are:

The Portland Threshold Singers (Music). This all volunteer group of women are available to sing you over thresholds in your life: birth, death, unions of all kinds - you define the threshold, they'll come with their voices and songs.

Freedom Ciavarello (Meditation). Freedom offers cosmic coaching, meditation, plant alliship, and ceremony/ritual work. Find out more about her practice at:

Emily Dalsfoist (Movement). Emily is a yoga teacher and musician. Learn more about her at:

We hope you'll come exhale with us. We've been waiting for a long while to let our breath out, we think it's going to feel really good.

(**Note: This is a free event. Donations of $10 (or whatever amount feels manageable) will be joyously received and put to financing our growing project.)
