Who

What

Grief is complex. We are told so many stories about how we should grieve, for how long we should grieve, and with whom we should share our grief. This all-day workshop is about setting down those "shoulds" to make space for what is truly within and honoring that. We are all energetic, vibrating bodies and everything around us is also vibrating. With a combination of focused energy work, the support of plant oils, and sound from the cello, we invite you to connect with your energetic body, set down your shoulds, and open your heart to healing; to see yourself as a whole and complex being deserving of love.

You'll leave with a set of healing tools that you can access yourself at any point in your grief journey.

General Workshop Structure

Vibrational Healing Ceremony

Notes:

*This workshop will involve small amounts of plant essential oils. If you are sensitive to the fragrances of rose, lavender, atlas cedarwood, lemongrass or scents in general, this might not be a good experience for you.

*Lunch is bring-your-own. You'll have the opportunity to take your food and eat alone for some quiet time, or share lunch with others. We'll have coolers available for anything that needs refrigeration. We'll have a selection of hot tea/chocolate available as well as mugs.

*Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat (if you have a favorite) and a blanet/pillow to make yourself a cozy spot for the vibrational healing ceremony.
