What
Breathing Through Grief is a 6-part somatic healing series designed to support individuals navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity shifts, stress, and nervous system dysregulation through breath, body awareness, gentle movement, emotional processing, grounding practices, and compassionate community support.
Grief impacts more than the mind — it lives within the body.
It can appear as chronic tension, shallow breathing, emotional numbness, exhaustion, anxiety, overwhelm, disconnection, irritability, physical pain, difficulty resting, or feeling unsafe within ourselves after loss or significant life change.
This series was created to offer participants a safe and supportive space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and process emotions gently through a nervous system-centered approach.
