What
Art as Release is a 4-part workshop series exploring the ways we try to control or hide our grief—and how creative practice can help us release that need for control. Through hands-on your choice of art and craft activities, we’ll gently move from self-protection toward openness and connection. Held every three weeks, each session offers time for emotional processing and includes optional reflection prompts and journaling between gatherings.
No art experience needed—just a willingness to feel, make, and be witnessed. We’ll explore an arc from awareness → expression → surrender → connection that balances emotional exploration with creative expression
