What
This four-part workshop offers a supported space to process grief through personal creative expression, drawing on the therapeutic power of art-making to help participants access and externalize difficult emotions.
Guided by a reflective prompt, attendees will create a personal piece in whatever medium feels most natural to them — whether writing, drawing, knitting, collaging, quilting, painting, sculpting, or 3D modeling — before engaging in a paired sharing session in which each person receives a thoughtful, heartfelt response to their work.
Paper, pens, and pencils will be provided; participants working in other media are invited to bring their own materials.
