Sometimes called "psychic sleep", this practice is intended for caregivers of all kinds who may be experiencing burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, sadness, fatigue, and all the expressions of loss and grief, including not being good enough. Enjoy exploring what is present, including joy.

Do you provide care for children, the elderly, people with chronic or acute illness, folks who need mental health support, sick or aging pets? Even caring for ourselves can sometimes be overwhelming and leave us feeling empty, depleted, burned out. For some, when do we even have time or energy to care for ourselves?
Grief is woven through the experience of caregiving and can show up in the form of guilt for not not doing enough, self-blame for doing too much or not doing things right, and regret for simply not being able to fix or sometimes even mitigate the situation. The haunt of “not being good enough” often lurks in the minds of us as we navigate these sometimes uncharted caregiving spaces.
