Who

What

One of life’s hardest moments is when we find ourselves in the depths of our greatest losses. Grief is caused by the love we have in our hearts, creating immense pain and loneliness when we lose a piece of us. Sometimes this pain feels so unbearable and out of body that we can’t imagine life ever being the same again. But that’s just it… life will never be the same again! Life will continue and our grief will evolve as we heal, but the grief remains.

The one thing we know for sure is that we all grieve. Now more than ever, our community is in a place where collective grief is inescapable.

Grief Companion and End-of-Life Doula, Nicole Comach, will be holding space for our collective grief every second Wednesday, 6-7PM PST over Zoom. She is the owner of Emerald Awakenings, and works closely with the grief that comes from our biggest loss...death.

These gatherings will have very little structure, leaving the space open to talking about our losses, active listening, and deep breaths in a no judgement and safe space. Come as you are, we look forward to having you.
