What Are Your Wishes?

What are your values? What are your wishes? What are all the intersecting pieces that will honour one's emotional, cultural, social and spiritual needs. Join Growing in Grief's Kristen Lew-Byrne, Grief Counsellor and End of Life Practitioner, and the Grief House for a virtual person-centered approach to Advance Care Planning (ACP) offering. Whether you are working on your own ACP or that of a loved one, you are welcome.

This offering will include education, reflection, Q & A, resources and more! The hope is each participant will feel equipped in starting and ongoing ACP, while also passing along the learnings and takeaways to friends, family and loved ones.

**Please be mindful as each Country, State/Provinces, requirements and laws may differ, when it comes to Advance Care Planning. If you have any specific questions with respect to your area of residence, please email them to kristenlewrsw@gmail.com, leading up to the offering dates.

• These sessions are offered on a sliding scale. Find the place that fits. At the Grief House we work to keep offerings affordable for all while taking care of our facilitators and covering overhead expenses.
• Additionally, if one-on-one sessions are desired above and beyond this session to address ACP questions and receive support in the process, you can book directly with Kristen or you can include a ticket for one-on-one sessions here.
