What
At Wellness Wednesdays, you can schedule a 45 minute session just for you. It's a time for you to share, vent, cry, laugh and remember. Receive support, counseling, guidance, tools or just a compassionate listening ear. This is a place to talk about your wellness journey, where you are and where you'd like to be. Learn about mindfulness and other practices that can assist you along your path. Come and share whatever you wish. Relationship troubles, identity crisis, communication issues, daily stressors, unwanted habits, and your grief whether from a death or the many non-death ways we hold grief often without awareness.
Come as you are. All are welcome.
