Walk With Grief

Humans are social animals. It feels good to hold each other and be held in hard times. In modern society it can be tricky to figure out how to connect - from both ends. We're hoping to make it a little easier.

The people waiting at the Warrior Rock Lighthouse Point trailhead on Sauvie Island on July 10th  at 10:00 would like to take a walk with you and your grief. This isn't a therapeutic interaction or a replacement for professional mental heath care; it's just people who have carried heavy things and know how it feels, who are strong in this moment and willing to shoulder a little of whatever you're carrying, offering their time and attention.
