Vipassana meditation: a tool for navigating grief
Thu, Jul 09
|The Atlanta Grief House
We will explore our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations and become curious about how these systems facilitate processing grief. In the vipassana tradition, we will play with mindfulness of breath, guided body scanning to explore sensations in the physical body, and silent sitting.

Who
What
This event is intended to create a space for those curious about learning and playing with vipassana as tool for navigating personal grief...a way to meet ourselves authentically where we are as well as becoming exposed to some of the health benefits of this practice such as calmer mind, nervous system regulation, and more.
It is also my wish to help foster a community of support and space of connection while engaging in this practice in a group setting. All are welcome.
