Through intentional and thoughtful exploration, sound and energy healing can provide powerful emotional and physical restoration. Hannah and Lindsay co-host this session focused on vibrational healing with cello (Hannah) and guided energy work (Lindsay). Sound healing and energy work are powerful tools for processing grief. We'd love to have you join us to explore the ways sound and energy can be your guides and open space for healing.
