Trust Spill

This month we are sitting with trust. The ways it can be broken, the ways it can be built, the way it feels when we trust and what that does to and for us.

At this gathering we'll each take a few minutes to share our stories of trust in whatever way feels right.  We'll save a little time at the end of our gathering to thank each other and talk a bit, but won't interrupt or interject during spilling time.

You are invited to work on a quiet craft while you're talking and listening if this speaks to you.

You might choose to come and do a craft of your choosing and not spill grief.

You might talk and listen with still hands and no craft.

You might come and listen and be present.

We welcome and support all variations on joining.

We will begin with a breathing exercise and conclude with a meditation.

We hope you'll come spill out some experiences of trust with us.
