Join us for a gently held, facilitated session where we explore grief through art making.
Together we will read a poem or piece of prose, join our voices in conversation, turn to the page for art making, reflect on what came through us and share our process and thoughts.
The goal is accessing our creativity, letting our unconscious speak through our hands and witnessing what came through. No prior art making experience necessary! Just bring your open and curious self.
