This offering is a nature-based mindfulness practice that centers witnessing wounds, holding space for grief, and building community. We will gather in parks around Portland - we will meet if it is raining; a canopy and/or umbrellas will be provided.

What
Overview:
We will take time to witness and tend to the wounded spaces within our bodies and the wounds of other Nature beings, to honor community and interconnection.
Avoidance of grief and seeking “quick fixes” for discomfort is prioritized in dominate U.S. culture. This offering will provide space to slow down and tune into the presence of wounds.
Details for the day:
Please bring a mug if you would like; tea will be provided.
We will gently hold awareness of our wounds and the areas within our bodies that sustain us through grounding/meditation.
