Talking With the Dead - Experiential

This event is suitable for grievers who would like to work with their sadness and distress in order feel more open and receptive and to invite connection with their dead loved one. In this group experiential, Elena will guide participants to calm their distress about their loss and arrive at a place where communication with their dead loved one may be possible.

Participants will need to be able to tolerate intense emotions. Since the experiential will be in a group, individual attention is not provided. (If you are interested in more individual work, Elena does IADC therapy which is a one on one therapy model.) To join, there will be a short consultation call with Elena before the event.
