What

This is a 2 day workshop - July 20th and 21st, from 11-1 - with an optional third meeting at Sandy River Studios (date TBD) for a glazing potluck gathering.

This class is offered to anyone interested in slowing down to create with clay while holding discussions around hardship, loss, acceptance, and peace that comes with creating.  You will discover how to turn experiences of pain and loss into creations that ground you. We will shape our grief into candle holders and small vessels for your rituals of remembrance and daily use.

I will glaze our creations at Sandy River Studio. Participants are welcome to come join me if they would like to paint their pieces or simply join for a potluck! This optional date will be decided by the group during our weekend workshop.

After glazing is finished students can choose to pay to have their creations shipped or picked up at a later date.

This workshop is offered on a sliding scale from $100 - $175 with a $30 materials and glazing fee. Please choose the ticket price that works best for your financial situation. Folks who are able to manage a ticket at a higher price point will suppliment lower cost tickets.
