Resonant Being: Sounding the Body Into Balance
Sun, Feb 15
|The Atlanta Grief House
Sound is the bridge between what we feel and what we can finally release. In this work, the body becomes the altar. The organs become storytellers. And the breath & voice carry grief, memory, and emotion back into movement & flow.

Who
What
This is not just a technique—it is a remembering.
This offering weaves sacred sound, breath, and intention to gently reconnect you with your body’s emotional and energetic intelligence. Using your own frequency, we work directly with the organs—where emotions are often stored, protected, and quietly held over time.
Through an elemental journey rooted in the five elements and their generative cycle, sound becomes medicine. Each tone, breath, and vibration invites the organs to soften, release emotional adhesions, and return to their natural rhythm. Grief, unexpressed emotion, and stored tension are not forced out—they are listened to, honored, and metabolized.
This work supports regulation, balance, and a deep sense of belonging—within your internal universe and in relationship with the world around you. It is a deeply embodied & ancient, gentle, EASY, subtle, yet profoundly transformative.
