What

Parenting has a remarkable way of awakening parts of ourselves we didn't know were still asking for attention. In moments of stress, frustration, or overwhelm, many of us find ourselves reacting from relationship patterns formed long before we became parents. Rather than viewing these moments as failures, what if we saw them as invitations to grow?
This retreat is not about fixing yourself. It is about befriending yourself. Using the Reparent the Parent Therapeutic Journal as our guide, we will explore how childhood experiences influence parenting today. Grounded in the Conscious Care Attachment Framework™, participants will engage in guided meditation, reflective journaling, experiential activities, therapeutic discussion, mindfulness practices, and self-assessments exploring parenting burnout, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and emotional intelligence. Together we will approach every insight with curiosity, kindness, and compassion, recognizing that awareness creates new possibilities.
This retreat is designed for any parent who feels called to better understand…
