This gentle yoga series is designed to honor the profound journey of former caregivers who have lost their loved ones.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, we will explore pathways to begin to release the emotional weight of grief and restore inner balance.


Each class is crafted to support the healing process, providing a space to nurture the body, mind, and heart after the demanding role of caregiving. Participants will be guided through a compassionate practice that encourages self-compassion, gentle release, and gradual restoration of energy. Whether you're seeking peace, comfort, or a way to reconnect with yourself, this series offers the tools to embrace your grief, find grounding, and begin the journey toward renewal. You are not alone.
