We are thrilled to host an open house that embraces and celebrates our vibrant BIPOC community! We warmly welcome individuals who identify as Black, Brown, Indigenous, and multiracial. Together, we're creating a home where we can fully express our messy, beautiful, grieving, joyful, complex, and vital selves. It's a space where we can rediscover the art of rebuilding from loss and weave our incredible diversity into a supportive web that is flexible, resilient, brilliant, and strong.
Alex Wilson, a death doula and Grief House board member, will be hosting at the house on this day. Join her to engage in meaningful conversations, read a book, express your sorrow through drawing, or connect with lost loved ones using our wind phone in the coop. Write letters to your beloveds, enjoy shared food and tea, envision the home we aspire to create, and help us bring it to life.
