Who
What
This monthly gathering is centered on relationship loss through death, separation, divorce, estrangement, or other forms of disconnection. Whether you are newly grieving or carrying the weight of long-term loss, this gathering will offer a gentle, inclusive space to reflect, create, and be witnessed.
We will use embodiment practices, dialogue, and creative play, including art, and writing, to open space for acknowledging loss while building resilience.
By coming together in community, we will create a space where our grief is honored and no one has to face loss alone.
