This offering is a four part series - registration is for all four classes (6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30). You may choose to join either in person or virtually. In Person- all materials are provided, and online I will send a list of suggested supplies.
Paint Medicine is a process-based expressive painting workshop that uses color, shape, and form as a language for what words cannot always reach. This is not a technique class — there is no right way to paint here, no wrong mark, and nothing to produce. It is a guided, facilitated experience for anyone carrying grief, loss, transition, or the quiet weight of something unnamed.
