What
This session will use gentle bodily movement and mindful breathing to free up and release emotions that may feel stuck. Physical movement and release can often aid mental and emotional processing as the mind/body/spirit are intricately connected and what's affecting one area, impacts the others.
Anyone can benefit and no experience is necessary. All are welcome. You'll want to wear clothing that makes it easy and comfortable to move your body. I'll slowly guide you through each mindful breath and each conscious movement to focus your attention on the physical sensations as we go. The idea is to free the mind, the body and the emotions so that feelings can come, be acknowledged and then released.
